Refund & Return Policy

At DRAVORN LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@dravorn.shop.

• If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), DRAVORN LTD will cover the return shipping costs.

• Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., size doesn’t fit, no longer want the item), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dravorn.shop.
